International Oil and Gas Company was formed to invest in vast oil and gas market opportunities by acquiring, managing and developing risk – reduced and value-added producing oil and gas properties at significant discounts compared to acquisition of new leases or drilling of exploratory wells. Our main objective is to realize income streams to generate huge capital returns for our investors with minimal risks. Our investment funds are tailored towards projects where the inherent risks are very low and manageable through Risk Analysis.Our current primary focus is within lower 48 of United States primarily in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
Principal
Mr. Ademola “Demi” Oyerokun is an accomplished oil and gas executive with both management and technical background. Demi has over 20 years of experience as a well-rounded innovative professional in oil and gas industry. Prior to going independent, he held wide range of roles in both multinational and independent oil and gas companies including the vice president of engineering. He has substantial experience in primary, secondary and enhanced oil recovery operations in conventional and unconventional reservoirs with proven skills in production engineering, completion engineering, operations engineering, reservoir engineering, wellsite supervision, decision and risk analysis. He also has valuable experience in acquisition, divestiture, contract negotiations,financial modeling, cost control evaluations, reservoir performance analysis and management, general field management.
Mr. Oyerokun is also the founder of Gennesaret Investments LLC, an oil and gas operator of assets in South Texas. He is happily married and enjoys Traveling, Football, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Golfing and Swimming.
